About LUNA

Meet Luna a happy, playful,blind and deaf young Aussiedoodle who is now available for adoption to the pawfect experienced home. She is 6 months old, she weighs 32 pounds, and she has a classic doodle coat that is blue merle in color. Luna is housebroken, crate-trained, and she is just starting to learn the hand signals for her basic obedience commands. She is very food motivated so training is coming along nicely! Luna does not walk on leash yet. She loves people! She is shy when she first meets a new person, but she warms up nicely. She is a very high Velcro young girl who always wants to be touching her person. Luna LOVES other dogs and she loves to play with other dogs, and as with humans, she always wants to be touching or standing very close to her dog friends. She takes her cues from other dogs and has a nice submissive play style when playing with her dog pals. Overall, Luna has a high energy level with a nice off switch. She loves to play with her toys, splash through water and race around the yard with her dog pals. And because Luna is still a puppy, 'puppy naps' are always on her daily agenda when it is time to take a break from all the play. The ideal family for Luna is loving, experienced, ready for fun, and ready to welcome this special girl into their home. It is also important that her forever family is ready to continue Luna's socialization and the special training that is required when adopting a blind & deaf puppy. A fenced yard and one or more friendly dog pals are absolutely required, any children in the home should be at least 10 years old!
