About Shyla

(06/04/2022) Shyla is an absolute sweetheart, and would make a fabulous addition to your home! She loves spending time with her people (especially kids!), enjoys pets, and gives kisses in return. She loves doggie and kitty friends! Other pets in the home help her feel a little more comfortable and bring out her playful side, but with lots of play time with her people and daily exercise, she would be fine as an only pet as well. She likes chewing on bones and playing with toys too. She also loves going for walks and exploring outside, but may need a little reassurance around new stimulus or loud noises. Shyla is a happy girl who is ready to be a part of your family! Shyla's needs are flexible. She plays SO well with other dogs and LOVES cats, but would probably be fine as an only pet too. She also does NOT require a fenced in yard as she loves being with her people. So if you live in an apartment, condo or townhome, Shyla could be a good new, sweet addition to your family. She's not the bravest in new situations, so probably wouldn't be a dog that enjoys going hiking or to the beach, or even to the pet store, but will be very happy to see her people when they come home and give kisses. She loves food, toys, and attention. She also loves her walks but can be a bit nervous at first, and she walks nicely on a leash, too. She is good in the house and is out and about when her people are home. She is good in her crate when gone. She is quiet, crate trained, and potty trained. As part of Shyla's $300 adoption fee, she will be spayed, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and current on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
