About Stella

Adoptions are scheduled by appointment only after an application has been completed and approved. If you want to adopt, please download an adoption application from our website TORescue.org. Please do not visit any shelters or rescue groups before coming to ours. We do this to keep our animals healthy and prevent diseases from entering our rescue. Stella is not only loving and affectionate, but she is also full of playful energy. She has been raised around cats and dogs, making her the perfect addition to any family. Visit torescue.org for an application to adopt Stella and give her the forever home she deserves. Our dogs are or will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and de-wormed. Meet our furry friends and see how wonderful and loving they are! The adoption fee is $250 Cash or Zelle only, which will go back to saving more animals from hoarding situations, dumps, abandonment, or neglect!
