Phoenix is a year old smaller mixed breed dog that came to us from Texas. Phoenix had several skin issues prior to arriving in PA. He has over came them issues and is as healthy as an ox and is looking for his forever home to call his own. Phoenix was in a foster home with other dogs and has done really well with having another fur sibling to play with. Phoenix is crate trained, house broken and does well on the leash.
