About Arwen

Arwen is 4 years old and a 'pocket pyr'. She only weighs about 70lbs. She is 3/4 Great Pyrenees and 1/4 Anatolian Shepherd. She is fully vetted, including a 6 month heart worm prevention shot. She is best suited as a companion dog as she is a big couch potato. She does like to be outside to play but prefers to come inside eventually. She loves to snuggle and sleep in bed with her human. She is very quiet for a pyr and doesn't usually bark except to go outside. She has been around dachshunds and kittens all her life, so she is really good with all small animals. She will likely be timid at first so make sure you are willing to be patient and give her time to get used to you. She is being rehomed at no fault of her own but has been very loved and cared for. Any potential adopters will be screened to ensure she would be a good fit for you and you for her. Located in South Alabama but willing to drive to meet within a reasonable distance.
