About Marley

MARLEY is a very sweet 1 1/2 year old, 28 pound Puggle (Pug Beagle mix). She was owner surrendered due to medical hardship on a family that adopted two little special needs girls who need extensive surgeries. Marley was very loved and it was hard for them to give her up, but they knew that they had to concentrate on the children. If a family ever needed help, we felt this one definitely did! MARLEY is just an all-around nice dog. She is friendly and very affectionate with her person. She loves to sit on the couch and snuggle and she loves hugs! She is a fan of toys and chew bones. Marley was in a home with another little dog and they were great friends. She is good with the dogs in her foster home, too. She loves to play and do zoomies in the yard with a doggy pal. Her prior home had a cat and her owners said she loved it. She also loves the little girl in her foster home and sleeps with her every night. Marley is housebroken, knows how to use a dog door and walks well on a leash. She has been to the vet for a wellness check, is up to date on shots, spayed, fecal tested, heartworm negative, has had a 12-month ProHeart heartworm prevention shot, and is microchipped with a lifetime registration. MORE about MARLEY: Chill and happy girl. Good with cats. Might be okay as an only dog if she's not spending too much time alone, but we would like her to have a friend. A fenced yard is preferred but not necessary in the right home. Her prior family said that she was a wonderful nurse to the two little girls, very gentle and sweet and loving with them, especially after each of their surgeries.
