About Axle

This beautiful boy is so very loving and full of life. He is great with other animals and kids. He came from death row and is now thriving at the rescue. He will need arthritis care for his entire life because his back legs just aren't right (were broken and not given medical attention at one point)and although he isn't in any pain yet, unless it's cold and he is just getting up, we want to make sure this won't be a future issue with his adopter. He doesn't try to eat any of the chickens here, so I think a farm would be okay for him and he would also do good in a family home. He is 60lbs and needs to be kept at this weight . He is ok on leash and crate trained. He knows basic commands and has great recall. Come meet him today!
