Found stray dog sleeping under cars. Intact Senior Dog. He was covered in stickers so we gave him a haircut which he did not mind at all. He just stood there during this process. He was dehydrated and hungry when we found him. Does appear to be slow moving, might be due to arthritis. Minimal skin issue along the back with some flakiness. Otherwise no major medical issues.
