Phoebe is a smart dog who loves people. We have had Phoebe since she was 8 weeks old and she grew up around kids and other dogs. However in the last few years she has started to display some reactionary tendencies. Due to that we have had to make the hard decision to rehome her. She is a great dog but needs to be an only pet and in a home with just adults or older calmer children.She needs a home with lots of love and mental stimulation. She loves to play fetch and learn tricks. She is a sweet loving girl who loves her people and to play.
