About Justina

Meet Justina! This wonderful 2 year old lab female is a stray found near Palm Springs, California in November of 2023. She was adopted May of 2024 but returned in July. Previous owner stated they could not spend enough time with her. Justina has conquered the hearts of staff and volunteers. She is easy going, gets along with everyone she met so far. Loves to play with other dogs as much as going on walks. Appears house broken. She recently had cruciate surgery on her left knee. She is doing very well and is currently not on any medication. She will need to be in a comfortable crate when she is left alone. She will also need sufficient mental and physical stimulation like all young Labs! She is happy, friendly, social and loving. She is on the larger size at 72 lbs but we are trying to slim her down! She is a Kennel staff favorite and gets along great with all dogs in the exercise yard. She is used to a lot of people around.
