It is with a heavy heart that we must rehome our sweet boy. Bear is a 4 year old Australian Shepherd red tricolor. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and currently on heartworm and flea/tick protection. Bear does not like strangers or kids! He is good with most dogs and cats unless they are roaming in his yard. He has bitten (nipped from behind) several family members (mostly male) visiting his home. He is very protective of Mom and his property. We are relocating closer to family and grandkids so Bear's reactivity towards kids and visitors will be an issue and worse for his anxiety. Bear needs a home with no kids and privacy fencing so neighbors don't stress home out. He is a sweet dog who is playful, loving, and a snuggler. We hate to lose him but want him to be in a home where he can be calm and not be constantly on edge. If you think you think you could provide a loving forever home please reach out.
