Meet Pugs This cute little Puggle (Pug/Beagle) is Pugs. He is four years old and an absolute sweetheart. Pugs is a little confused after being surrendered. His owner's health is failing and he wanted to get Pugs set up with a new life before he couldn't. We're glad we could take Pugs into our no kill shelter and find him a loving forever home. Pugs is easy-going, calm, quiet and friendly. He is super low-key. He welcomes pets and ear scratches. He walks well on a leash and is an easy stroll. Pugs is four years old and weighs just 30 lbs. He has a light brown, short-haired coat, alert eyes and a happy smile. He loves being in the company of people. Pugs is house-trained. He travels well in a car and would be a good travel companion. Pugs does fine with other dogs and we'll test for cats. Pugs will make for a wonderful companion for a less active person or family. He doesn't need a lot of activity, just short walks, soft blankets and an easy life. We love this little nugget and know that his pawfect person/family is out there. We do permit out of state adoptions. Adopters MUST come to the shelter to transport their new family member home. We do not ship nor do we transport them to their new homes. Charles Smithgall Humane Society (CSHS) is a No kill shelter. Animals in our care remain safe with us until adopted. Resident animals are either owner relinquished rescued from area Animal Controls or high kill shelters.
