About Clementine

We need to urgently rehome this pet (and another-separate post) because her owner (my dad) unexpectedly passed away. Shelters are too full or won't take a senior pet and instead recommended we contact a vet to euthanize. We don't want that for a healthy animal. Clementine is a 10 year old Rottweiler. She has grown up from pup to adult as an outdoor, friendly, loving family pet. The perfect protector of property and person because of her size and convincing bark when a stranger shows up, but an absolute love bug once she is familiar with you. She has no history of biting or adverse behavior and has always enjoyed a good petting. Clementine is accustomed to the routine of spending her days outside and being brought in the house in the evenings, though she is capable of staying outdoors overnight as well . Clementine is spayed and shots are up-to-date. At her most recent veterinary appointment in late June, it was discovered that she needs eye medication for a chronic eyelid condition in which they turn inside out and makes her more prone to eye infections. There wasn't an accurate space to add this info above, so I put it here. We have veterinarian paperwork for this. The pet is being cared for by several of us at the home in Ruffsdale Pa until we can rehome her, but my contact info matches where I live.
