My husband found an in tact male dog (blue heeler breed I believe) running on the road near 14805 SW 216th St Miami, FL and the vet confirmed that he doesn't have a chip. We can not take him in to our home due to our other dog and foster cats, but we would really like to help this friendly boy find his home.
