About Barbie

My Mom gave me to my foster Mom because she travels for work and that was not too fun for me. My foster Mom was hoping that I would be a good girl and could live forever with her, but she has four little dogs that I don't like very much. We live in what is called central Texas. But my foster Mom says for the perfect home she can drive me to meet my new Mom or Dad. Did I mention I love to ride in a car? I just jump in and settle down for a nap. I'm really still just a puppy, as I will be 1 yr old on the 29th of July. So maybe I will learn to like little dogs and not think they are squeaky toys. My foster Mom just took me to the Dogter and he gave me lots of shots, but I was a very brave girl and did not even flinch. Then she took me back to the Dogter yesterday and they made it so I can't have puppies and tacked my tummy too, so it hopefully won't flip and twist around. My foster Mom still says I can't play and be 'goofy' after I eat though. I think it's so she can have her own nap though, but don't tell her. I know how to sit, give a paw, laydown and sometimes I will come when I'm called, but there are lots of things in the yard to distract me so I might need some extra work with that! I haven't made any accidents in the house which I hear is a really good thing. I don't like being in those big wire cages, but I'm sure I might learn to like it. I don't have a tail, btw, and when I was really little they used to stand my ears up straight, they cut my ears and posted them.. not sure what that means but it wasn't for me! I showed them.. I only kept one standing and the other I let drop. My foster Mom says it gives me personality! If you are looking for a pretty petite Doberman girl like me, let my foster Mom know. She will be pretty picky about who I live with as she thinks I'm pretty special (except I don't like her dogs, especially the black one, I call her Steeka Tikka).
