About Rubble

LOOKING FOR AN ADOPTER OR LONG-TERM FOSTER. Meet Rubble, a 19-month-old Lab/American Staffordshire Terrier mix. He was surrendered with his littermates at 5 months, and then spent 10 months at a Los Angeles shelter before being rescued. While at the shelter, smart and engaged Rubble was selected to participate in the K9 Youth Alliance training program! He became the youngest graduate in his 2023 class, and was voted 'Most Likely to Steal Hearts'. Thanks to this program, as well as additional work with @redemptionstails.llc after rescue, young Rubble has had extensive training, socialization, and confidence building. Rubble is a smart and energetic pup - he combines the playfulness of a Labrador Retriever with the loyalty, intelligence, and affection of an American Staffordshire Terrier. He's house-trained, crate-trained, and leash-trained, friendly with other dogs and people, loves toys (especially rubber balls), and is eager to please. Rubble is seeking a forever home that will continue his mental and physical stimulation. He is a great boy! An active family would have a lot of fun with him.
