About Anubis

Anubis is a very energetic 2yr old Rottie. He was in a bad situation that kept him outside in all weather types during his stay with his original owner. This environment set him up to becoming an escape artist seeking companionship. He's a good boy who really needs a person to run with and be able to give him the time and devotion he deserves. He is a bit 'jumpy' and mouthy at times but he's not aggressive. He's a little on the smaller size for a Rottweiler and looking at him, his features remind me more of a Boxer. I have my own Rottweiler and although I would love to add Anubis to my pack, it's not possible. He will definitely need a firm hand with obedience. I have been working with him and he does have the Rottweiler stubborn streak, I believe this has everything to do with the lack of training he received with his owner. His temperament is amazing. He's very smart, and with the right person I believe he will thrive. I've owned Rottweilers myself over the years and I'm taken aback by his sweet demeanor.
