First off, this is not my dog, I found her while I was on a run and she was heat exhausted. I've been trying to find if she has an owner for the last few days but have had no luck. When I found her she had no collar and the vet I took her too couldn't find a chip. She is very friendly with people but not so much with other dogs. She seems very intelligent and might be already house trained since she did not potty in my house for the few days I've had her. She appears to be a Malinois, about 30 to at most 40 Pounds in weight, and is likely still quite young judging by her pearly white teeth. On the Nextdoor neighborhood app someone indicated to me that she might be an escapee from a nearby 'dog farm'. Unfortunately I can't take care of her because I have a couple of little Yorkies and this dog is a bit defensive around other dogs. She doesn't seem all out aggressive but rather like she just really doesn't trust other dogs and she clearly indicated she did not like my dogs by snapping at them. Non local shelters have space and the animal control told me to just release on streets if I can't find the owner, but I don't really want to do that.
