About Toast

Meet Toast!!! Ok. Can we just take a moment to soak up this girls beauty? Toast was found as a stray running with a German Shepherd. The owners of the German Shepherd came for him but she was left behind. After being in the shelter for nearly a month, she got sick with kennel cough and was put on the euthanasia list. When she was pulled from the shelter, she was recovering from her illness. Toast is a spayed female and estimated to be two years old. She has been dewormed, microchipped and fully vaccinated, including rabies. Toast has low energy and low drive. She is wary of other dogs at first when by herself but is with her human by her side, she is completely confident around other dogs and prefers to ignore them. She loves cuddles and to be held and kissed. She would love to have her own human to follow around everywhere and perhaps go on a few adventures. She is easy to walk on a slip lead and seems to know Sit, but obedience training to polish up her skills will give her more confidence. It is unknown if she is housebroken or how she is with cats. She can be tested on cats for an approved, serious adopter. Toast is ready for her forever home! She is located in Santa Clarita, CA
