About Scooter

Adoption Fee: $295
Poodle
Age: Senior
Sex: Male

Scooter is a 10-year-old, 7lb Gray and White Poodle Scooter may be blind but that doesn't stop him from living his life to the fullest. He may take a little while to warm up because of his lack of eyesight, but once he does, he's an affectionate sweet pup. His blindness also means he'd do best in a home with no young children, or with respectful calmer kids. Scooter's foster mom said that he is loving his foster siblings, so he'd do best in a home with another dog. Despite his age he's still playful with his foster sisters and comes out of his shell more every day. Scooter is very smart and is picking up on the routines of his foster home in no time. If you think that you can give Scooter the life he deserves, please apply online at www.crisisdogsnc.org. Comprehensive details are provided in the dog's description. To ensure a smooth process, please submit a completed application through our website at: http://crisisdogsnc.org/dog-adoption/. Please note that questions via email or social media channels may not receive a response without a completed application. As part of our commitment to responsible adoption practices, we require excellent veterinarian references and conduct virtual home visits. Additionally, your prior or current dog must be on year-round heartworm prevention. We provide transportation by both land and air whenever feasible. All assessments regarding breed and age are conducted by licensed veterinarians. We look forward to assisting you in finding your perfect canine companion!
