About Bowie

Bowie is a 10 year old Cattle Dog. He is a frisbee dog and is great outdoors. He does have issues with guarding doorways and due to him being deaf, it can be a challenge to manage. Bowie would do best with a single active individual who takes him outside on adventures regularly. I've recently had family move in and his habit of guarding spaces has forced me to find a new home for him. I've had him for nearly 9 years. Bowie is completely fine when his owner is around but when I am gone and he is free roaming in the house, is when he can get himself into trouble from nipping at heals and hands keeping people from entering certain spaces. He has a lot of good years left if there is someone out there who understands cattle dogs and can work with one who is deaf.
