True to his beagle nature, Otis is highly food motivated, making him eager to learn & please. Otis has a moderate energy level, perfect for those who want a dog that enjoys both playtime & relaxation. While he hasn't howled at his foster home, he does let out the occasional bark when he's having a blast with his furry friends. He's making progress with potty training & hasn't had any accidents in crate! Not only is Otis cat & dog friendly, but also incredibly outgoing, ready to make friends with everyone he meets.
