I am the only dog walker at Arnold Mo. Animal Control. Charlie breaks my heart, he has been in a small cage most of the day for MONTHS. He's sweet and energetic (he does jump on people initially because he wants affection). He seems to have had a neglected, sad life and was surrendered when his owner died. Has sores on his elbows likely from being enclosed most of his life. Loves walks!! He's getting near a time when euthanasia is being discussed, and I would be devastated. Can't believe no one has come for him yet. Please help!!
