Please help Cooper. He has never been in a home. He was dumped at the Dutchess County shelter in Hyde Park by a rescue who could not find a home for him. He has been through a board and train program and I will co tinie training him if adopted locally. He is a great boy but he is deteriorating in the kenne environment. He has been in a kennel his whole life. Ii am a volunteer who takes him out 2x per week and he is doing so well. Please give this boy I chance. I will drive him anywhere to find the right home.
