Meet Frances a.k.a Frannie!! Frannie is a six year old, 16 pound Bichon! She is a shy, but lovable girl who is learning to trust humans. She's feeling more comfortable every day in her foster home and more than anything. She loves a treat. The way to Frannie's heart is through lots and lots of treats�٩� Frannie would do best in a home with a fenced in yard she enjoys exploring the outdoors in a safe environment. She also requires to have a home with another dog and specifically another small dog. She loves snuggling up with her foster sister, larger dog seem to intimidate her a little bit. ��%BC Although she does not alert to go outside, if kept on a schedule, Frannie is doing well with potty training. Frannie needs a loving and patient forever home ! It will take some time for her to trust you, but once she does you will have a loyal and loving friend for life !!
