About Clyde

I have a wonderful, gentle sweet neutered g.p. I love but cannot keep. When I rescued him 1 1/2 yrs ago he was a special needs case who needed surgeries and was thin as a skeleton. I nursed him back to health under veterinary supervision and care and he is now a magnificent and healthy 3 yr old boy. Unfortunately I have had a serious and debilitating condition occur and I can no longer give him what he needs. Clyde is housebroken, loves cats, goats, sheep and gets along well with other dogs as long as they are not aggressive. He is non food driven or food aggressive, is gentle with kids and very well behaved in the house. True to the breed he is an escape artist who loves to roam so has to be in an enforced, dig proof 6 ft fence. Due to this unforeseen health challenge I am now in constant pain and need a walker. Although heart broken to have to part with Clyde I can no longer provide the excercise and stimulus to keep him happy. I am looking to find the right home for this gentle giant who loves attention but respects boundaries and is a joy to be around.He loves playing tug o war and is very gentle when playing.
