MEET CASPER! Casper is a wonderful 4-year-old white shepherd in need of a foster or forever home! He was rescued from a high-kill shelter in the nick of time, and while there was kenneled with another dog. He loves people and human affection and attention, and he's at a good age, where he's no longer a puppy but has lots of life to live. He would be a wonderful companion for a single person, a couple or a family with kids over 8 (due to his large size). Casper would love to go for walks, hikes, road trips or runs on the beach. He weighs about 79 lbs. He is currently in California (where he was saved from) but can be transported to you in Oregon or Washington. Please email for an application.
