About Benji

Benji was born in a deserted alleyway and lived there for 6 months. He lived there with his dad. Unfortunately, Benji witnessed his dad's death fighting with other stray dogs. A rescuer found Benji sick and in bad condition. He had Parvo, underwent treatment for 10 days, but now he is perfectly healthy. He is very gentle, naive, young, nice, well-mannered, obedient, but a bit shy around new people. He gets along with cats as well. We are looking for an active family that likes the outdoors, preferably without kids under 10 y/o. He needs to be walked 3 times a day. He cannot be left alone more than 3 hours a day. Fenced yard, single family home preferred. Benji is very playful and loves playing with other dogs. He is now 25 lbs (6 months old), but will get a bit bigger/taller as he matures. He is currently in a foster home in S. Korea, and waiting for a new permanent home. He can arrive to the U.S via JFK airport 3-4 weeks after finding a willing adopter.
