Bio: Meet Adley! Adley and her buddy (son, brother, cousin??) Andy arrived to the UP from Texas after being dumped by their owners and found hiding in a cactus. Adley is a scrappy, spicy and fun young lady. She has a case of zoomies at a minimum of once per hour, and she love wrestling with her buddy Andy. She's doing well in her new foster home and is starting to socialize with other dogs and humans. She likes to be social on her own terms...she will approach humans for sniffs, join them on the couch, but at this point she will run if approached. We're working on this in her foster home and it helps that she LOVES soft treats. Her new family will need the time to work with her to bond and create trust, but what we're seeing is that she is a fast learner! Based on Adley's behaviors in the first days, a fenced yard is required for her. She benefits from having a crate overnight and while humans are out of the home. She is very playful and would likely do best with another dog in the home (or perhaps Andy if you're looking for a playful pair!).
