About Marty

Marty is an 8 month old, 12 pound Dachshund mix. Marty and 4 of his littermates found themselves at Iowa City Animal Services right before the 4th of July. They needed space so Marty went into one of our foster homes. Marty is a hoot! He has personality plus. Marty is happy to see everyone and even gives veterinarians kisses. He does well with other dogs and cats and loves to play. Marty loves to play with toys and go on walks and get out and about. Like most pups the best spot to take a nap is your humans' lap. If dogs could have jobs, he'd want to be the Walmart greeter. Marty is house trained, neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested, and microchipped.
