About Bart

Meet Bart, a handsome Yorkie 7 year old, 9 pound Yorkie Mix being fostered in Georgetown. Only Texas applicants will be considered. A Big Hello to All -- My name is Bart and I'm very new to all this rescue stuff. Foster Mom says I am just a beautiful, soft cuddle-bug. The dogter says that I am a very healthy 7 - 8 year old yorkie mix. Mix of what I don't know, Foster Mom loves to guess -- she's guessed that I'm mixed with Maltese, Shih Tzu or Scottie dog, whatever it is all I know is I'm just me!!! I'm looking for a family that loves to go for daily walks, needs a permanent lap warmer, and has room in their big bed for me. I'll be coming to you with some of my very favorite toys but am open to any new toys you think I might like. I want my family to have a Mom that I can follow around everywhere, I'll come to Dad but I really want to be with Mom most of the time. I'm not too certain about those smaller humans, I'm a little skittish around them as they scare me. I've never bitten one, but because they do scare me, it's best they not be part of my immediate family. I am up to traveling and just fit right in!
