About Phineas

Phineas is a sweet dog looking for a loving home. He enjoys just being close to the person or people he has bonded to. He can get playful occasionally but is usually content to lay around in the room we are in. He has done very well in his house training and currently can respond to basic commands about 70% of the time. He has a bit of a stubborn streak that shows up when he doesn't want to sit, lay, or especially when you're asking him to leave the area when food is coming out!
