Feel free to text the event coordinator to confirm a specific dog's attendance: 703-447-4766 NEW ARRIVAL:) Meet Shaki! Shaki is 1.5 years old (DOB 12/29/22) and weighs 15 lbs. Shaki is a Shih Tuz (according to the people who surrendered him to us). Shaki's family did not have the time to dedicate to him, so he is working on house training and enjoying not being crated for long periods of time. ***Shaki is OBSESSED with his stuffed animals. When he has a beloved stuffy, he is NOT going to share with you. Becuase of this, he is not suited to a home with children under the age of 14.*** Shaki is a sweet boy who will need someone who is at home a good portion of the day to continue training. Shaki is good with other dogs. Due to Shaki's breed he will need to have grooming appointments every 6-8 weeks. Shaki is not suited to first time dog owners. Please keep this in mind in terms of time and cost. Shaki will be neutered on 7/9/24, he is up to date on vaccines and microchipped. ***You must be at least 25 years of age to adopt from Canine and Kitties Rescue*** The adoption fee for this dog is $375.00, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. ***Please note that our first step
