About Rocco

Rocco is a pure bred Presa Canario. He has a well rounded temperament. He is has been raise so far with another larger breed Cane Corso who he has been amazing my with in his interactions. And our Corso is trained and well socialized so there weren't any issues when introducing Rocco. The Corso has been protective of Rocco actually so he has had a good experience with his interaction with our other dog. However it takes him a little to warm up to other dogs as Presa Canarios are not easily trusting. He is still so young so we know he will be able to build a strong bond with his new family. He is mostly potty trained with an accident here or there during the day but no accidents overnight. He is loving and playful. Loves to go between our legs and will brush up against us for some love. These dogs can be serious but I really want him to go where he will be understood as he does appreciate being petted and loved on not just solely being a protection dog. The Presa Canario can be mistaken as a cold dog that doesn't want love but they desire a strong loving bond with their family.
