Otis is only 1 year old. He is the perfect dog. He is sweet and obedient. He is crate trained, house trained, neutered, and amazing with all humans and animals. He needs a home ASAP! We rescued him temporarily from a bad situation, and we just can't keep him, logistically. Needs rehoming immediately so he can bond!
