Would do best in a home with a fenced in yard so he can burn energy daily. Loki has been to a 3 week board and train program through Art of the Dog Canine Academy. He is leash/crate/house trained. Loki uses an e-collar to correct his mannerisms and it works well. We are unsure of how he would do around other dogs outside of our home. Loki gets along well with our other dog but he was a hit/miss with our oldest dog that has since passed. He is good with older children (does great with our 11 year old) and cats. Loki has growled at our toddler a couple of times now so we recommend a house with older kids (8+) if any. He is protective of his food/bones (will growl at our other dog if he gets too close). Loki is questionable around new people (will bark and assertively sniff) but fine around those he has met before. Loki has never bitten anyone. We need to rehome him because we are moving next summer, don't feel the most comfortable with him around our toddler, and have a baby on the way.
