I am Stormie. I am a young lady looking for my forever home. My previous guardians dumped me, then am being threatened to dump yet again. She was rescued by my friends and I who helped out of our own time, recourses, and pockets from bad people who abandoned her in a filthy apartment, 'rescued' by an NYPD cop, given to his sister who wasn't allowed to have pitbulls yet she had 2, multiple children of the state who antagonized her, an ignorant teenage owner who couldn't handle the responsibility and threatened to dump her without immediate placement, MULTIPLE people who committed to fostering her and gave up after 12 hours because they realized they couldn't have a dog or didn't 'have time.' Yet I still so much love and joy to give. I hope to find the my perfect hooman who is willing to take a chance at opening their hearts and home. you will be rewarded with a loyal companion and lots of kisses. She is around 2-3 years old, good with kids and dogs, and possibly cats. Please keep in mind animal's temperament can change over time especially due to trauma and abandonment, so she needs someone who is understanding. She is spayed and vaccinated, but I can't confirm how recently up-to-date.
