About JJ

JJ is in need of a home, either foster or forever. He's a GSD, only about 1 year old. A friend of our rescue has asked us for help in finding him a forever home. If you'd like him to join your family, please fill out an application online: https://www.allaboutthedogsrescue.org/get-involved JJ likes other dogs and is happy to co-exist with cats inside the house. He'll chase any cat he sees outside, though. He makes friends easily with women, and could live happily with teenaged children. He does warm up to men but it takes a little time and patience. He may do best in an all-female home or one with a man who will allow time for them to get to know each other. JJ is house trained and crate trained. He knows his basics, and is a smart, friendly boy. Once he bonds with you, he'll be your loyal friend and protector for a lifetime. We would like to see him in a home with a family who has experience with the breed. If you have a fenced-in yard he'd love to run around in it. And he'd be happy to be your hiking partner.
