About Pepper

Pepper needs a home! She's such a happy girl! She loves being outside, smelling the flowers, but most of all being loved. To foster or adopt this sweetheart, please fill out an application online: https://www.allaboutthedogsrescue.org/get-involved Pepper has come a long, long way from the scared dog we got from the shelter. She'd gotten out of her kennel and ran from people trying to catch her. She hid under a truck, and it took a number of people to get her out from under there. She was 'labeled' as a result, and we pulled her when she had just hours to go before losing her life. Thank goodness! After just a day or so she realized she was safe and showed us what a wonderful dog she really is! She doesn't stop smiling very often. She loves being outside, running around in the yard, playing fetch, smelling the flowers, but most of all she loves being loved. Pepper's about 7 years old, an American bulldog mix, who loves people, could live happily with children 7+ years old, and enjoys the company of other dogs. We don't have a way to test her with cats, but a meet and greet would let us know if they could live happily together. She knows her basics, and is house trained and crate trained.
