Meet Raccoon! This beautiful 7-year-old female Pomeranian weighs 9 pounds. She is a bit of a wallflower, her tender heart takes a moment to warm up to new people and places, and she prefers life's volume turned down low. She's seeking a family with an abundance of understanding, ready to give her the time and tenderness she needs to unfurl. Unfortunately, she lived outside before entering rescue and tested positive for heartworms. She is receiving fast-kill treatment scheduled to be completed at the end of July.
