About Toto

Toto is a 3-year-old, 11lb black Terrier mix. Toto may not have use of one of his legs due to a previous knee injury, but that doesn't stop him from getting around just fine. Toto can climb up stairs and romp around the yard just like any other dog. His foster describes him as a 'total lovebug', always wanting affection from his person.
