About Simba

Welcome Simba to CCPAL Rescue Foster program. Simba is a Norfolk/Cairn Terrier mix is our best guess. He weighs about 15 pounds and this boy understands mostly Spanish and is learning English. Simba is 2 years old and has the longest legs and the most outgoing of the two. These boys love each other and would love to be adopted together. If they adopt out separately, we do think they will be ok. Simba is lower shedding and lower dander due to his breed. He would be a good walker on leash. His brother doesn't know how to walk on a leash yet. Simba has lived with an older couple. They had some very unfortunate circumstances and now they are looking for a new home. CCPAL is happy to help them find their forever home. If we could find an owner that speaks some Spanish, that would be great. They are both learning English so they should be fine with some patience. An older couple or an older single person wanting a nice companion would be the best pick. Simba would be a nice walking partner. He is good in a crate and not too much of a barker. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted out locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 400 and transport is 200 He is healthy, vaccinated, neutered and ready for his forever home. He can be in a home with children. We like them to be 8 or older.
