About Irving

Irving is a 21 month old Mini Male Aussie, 26 lbs and in great health. He knows all of his commands plus high five, and shake. He is a velcro dog to one person and is not fond of men. My trainer believes he was probably abused by the breeder which was male. He is a sweet boy but highly anxious and fearful of everything and very submissive. I have taken him as far as I can and I must give him to someone who has the time and patience to help this anxious and nervous fellow. I am not the right pet parent despite my love and care of him. He is fully vaccinated, and loves to have a bath and an antler to chew. He would do great with a fenced in yard where he can run and not be leashed, he loves to chase a ball. He would do well on a farm possibly since he was bred on a farm to work. He does well on a leash, but at times will pull some of the way home, and we are working on that. He needs a quiet home with a very loving and caring mom. He has not been exposed to kids or cats, feeding with another dog will need to be spaced away from each other. He does get along with most dogs, and prefers bigger dog breeds.
