About Champ

This Foster pup is around 3 years. He was adopted by an elderly couple that no longer has the capacity to care for him. They fed him whatever people food they ate and we have been strict with dog food and treats and have curved his begging behavior. Leashes great, will bark at other leashed dogs. Plays well with other dogs unleashed. Champ is smart and has excellent house manners. He is a lap dog but probably wasnt given a lot of affection which we have worked on. He lets me give him boops on the nose, kiss him and isnt a huge licker backer. Rides in the car great. Loves a pup cup. He gets along with our cat, they are both the same weight at around 20 pounds! He loves our grandbabies but definitely doesnt like to be poked, climbed on, or pulled. Has never shown aggression when but we also do not allow our grandchildren free rain to to do those things. He loves his own bed but will snuggle with our older grandchildren at night. Pet peeve: Barks at the doorbell, even on the TV.
