About Bull

My grandpa brought Bull in as a puppy in 2016. He was an all outdoor dog in Tucson. As of last year in July he was no longer able to continue caring for him. My parents took him in and they've had him as an indoor/outdoor dog. He has to stay separate from the other dog as she doesn't like him, but he's never done anything aggressive towards her. Just sniffing and wanting to play. He has also chased the cat around the house and at one point grabbed her but did release. Neither animal was injured. He has bit and released my mom and dad both and made multiple other attempts to bite and nip. My father is considering euthanasia at this point because he is scared that Bull will continue to bite and get more aggressive as he doesn't give a warning when he is going to nip and we don't know what his triggers all are. I have trained simple tasks like sit, lay, and wait while we open the door. He still jumps and is very mouthy. Loves to lick and grab our hands when we come outside. Very active and loves to play fetch (won't always return the ball though). My parents don't have the time to dedicate to training him and giving him a job/enough energy release for him. He refuses to go on walks and they don't want to force him to do anything out of fear of him biting. I just am looking to give Bull and my family alternatives to euthanasia.
