About Aries

Meet Aries he was a rescue from the local animal shelter when his old owner surrendered him there! He came into our rescue system when one of our fosters saw him and scooped him up! Aries has been vetted and is ready to find a home of his own now! Here is what we know about Aries: - We don't know his exact mix, but he appears to be a pitty/boxer mix! - He is 5-6 years old, and is full grown at 51 lbs! - We think he would do okay in a home with kids, 8 years and older as he's so loving, he isn't aware of his size! He might knock a little one over! - Aries would prefer a home with no cats or farm animals. Aries does well with other dogs with a slow introduction. - He is working on his leash walking, as he is a strong boy, he will need someone with experience working with a strong dog. - He is potty and crate trained. - Aries has a small limp from a broken forearm in is prior home, it doesn't stop him though! - He loves being active and would love a home with a fenced yard to run around in, or a home where he can go on walks frequently.
