About Buckshot (Buck)

Buck is a 4yr old American Stafford mix. He is fixed and up to date on vaccinations. Buck was rescued from a backyard-breeder/hoarder in Amarillo, Tx, along with his sister. Buck is incredibly smart and funny and knows a few tricks and is so easy to train. He loves to sleep under the covers and preferably in the crooks of your legs when you lay on your side. Buck was raised with a female companion and has had no issues with female dogs. I have observed him try to be dominant to other male dogs which has sometimes led to aggressive behavior and a couple of fights. It is because of this that he would thrive in a home where he is the only dog.
