About LULA

All your questions are answered in this narrative.. if you read everything, & you think that you might fit the bill after reading what's written here, please feel free to call me. Please meet Lula... most probably either full Jack Russell Terrier or maybe mixed either with Rat Terrier or Chihuahua... when you don't breed a dog, you don't know for sure ...all you can do is look at them and make your best guesstimate... like I've always said 'rescue' is truly my favorite breed of all. It's only uphill now for little Lula, wandering the dangerous streets of big city Miami, where lots of owners think it's ok for them to wander, not spayed...no microchip... I always say 'one man's trash is another's treasure', and little Lula deserves so much more.....and I will see to it. Lula's future is only promising from here on in ..we can never be sure of her exact age..but can say she is young with many years ahead of her to love and be loved , ..probably around 2 or 3, at most. She is small, weighing about 10 pounds...currently being fostered with other dogs and fine with all of them...not sure about cats. Probably since she has spent most of her initial years on the streets, she is not fully potty trained, but she is doing very well, so please be patient with her. I am confident with the right guidance and instruction and her wits, she will learn in no time. Lula would probably be a great addition to any individual or family, as she has a sweet, loving disposition and craves affection and cuddles. She is cuddly and affectionate and will fall asleep in your lap. My goal is to make sure I get Lula the home that she needs with a family who will love her and give her all the care and attention and affection that she deserves for the rest of her life. I was diagnosed with cancer 3 years ago and have slowed down with rescue tremendously, but knowing how poor little Lula hasnt had the best opportunity to start off and also has a need for a chance to be loved, I was compelled to see to it that she is properly rehomed, and she gets the loving home that she deserves. Lula is a great dog, and is oh so beautiful with such pretty facial markings . If you live in a house, the yard must be completely enclosed with privacy fence and absolutely no chain link fences, as Lula can and will most probably dig out. SHE CANNOT BE UNATTENDED IN A YARD...SHEVL ISBSMART AND LOOKS TO DIG OUT, AND WILL SUCCEED IF LEFT UNSUPERVISED. She walks well on a leash. She would be a great companion to a family. I have made the commitment to Lula to make sure I find her the opportunity to find the right home she needs and deserves. My promise to her now is to make sure I find her the best forever home with one who will love her for the many years she has ahead ....an individual or family who will continue to let us know how wonderfully she is doing. Lula will be your best friend. Will you be hers?? We are looking to find the perfect person/couple/family that will give her as much as she deserves. She comes to you spayed, microchipped (AND MICROCHIP WILL REMAIN IN MY NAME INDEFINITELY), heartworm negative & on heartworm & flea/tick prevention& if u adopt her you MUST keep her on both & up to date with yearly check ups & vaccines.
