Meet Amaya, a sweet girl who adores head scratches and belly rubs. Amaya loves being around people and is always excited to meet new friends! Despite her limited vision, she quickly learns her way around the house, showcasing her adaptability and intelligence. Being an older gal, Amaya enjoys her naps but really perks up during dinner time and for treats. She loves to snuggle on the couch and enjoys some alone time as well. Due to her gentle and calm nature, she would do best in a home without small children. If you're looking for a loving and affectionate companion who enjoys both cuddles and independence, Amaya is the perfect match for you. PLEASE NOTE: All your current pets must be spayed/neutered, vaccinated and on heartworm prevention to adopt from Polka Dogz. We only adopt in Florida. All adoption fees go to help all the dogs in the rescue, some of which require extensive medical care. Thank you for caring for the greater good.
