Owner reports: Sweet Boy was abandoned and is being helped by a good samaritian that can not keep him. 'Believe he was born blind and its more in one eye he can see a bit in the other if there is enough light.' Sweet boy is an indoor dog confined to one area of the house. He is reported to be house broken and leash trained. He knows the following commands 'wait, come, sit and eat.' Sweet boy is reported to be out going and good with adults and children of all ages. 'He seems fine around my 5 year old but he does bump into my smaller child and has knocked him over a few times but I don't think it was on purpose I think its because he can't see...and he jumps also when excited, so I usually wait until he's calmed down from excited to let the children around.' Owner reports 'have been nipped a few times trying to leash him but not broken skin. I think its cause he cant see.' Sweet boy gets along with female dogs. Can anyone help this sweet boy? **Owner Surrender Disclaimer: These are blind and visually impaired dogs who are living in homes, but their owners can no longer keep them.
